Meet Our Dedicated Team

We are a devoted team of professionals committed to providing teaching, medical aid, and construction services to those in need. Each team member is dedicated to serving with compassion and integrity, driven by our shared beliefs. We are grounded in our faith, and it guides all that we do. Our team includes,

  • Alison & Doug Reed
Alison co-directs Haitian Ministries state side with her husband Doug (not pictured). Together they visit churches and individuals to raise the funds needed to provide for the programs in Haiti. Alison graduated from Liberty University in 96 with a degree in family and community services. She has been serving and building relationships in Haiti since 2008. In January 2023 Alison and Doug took over directorship of Haitian Ministries from Pam and Luke Brochu.
  • John - Field Director
John, our Haitian Ministries Field Director has a sweet family. John facilitates our team. He drives Ertha to the communities we serve in and assist her in any way he can. Many times, you will find John sharing about Jesus as evangelism is his heartbeat. John does a great job taking care of the many needs of the ministry.
  • Ertna - Nurse
Ertha, our Haitian Ministries Nurse, she is married to Sem and they make their home in Cap Haitian, Haiti. God laid the idea of becoming a nurse on Ertha’s heart at an early age as she watched her mom struggle with mental health. Ertha was raised in an orphanage and worked hard to complete her nursing school. She loves serving the people of Haiti through nursing and is passionate about education.
  • Jovite - Construction Manager
Pastor Jovite is a long time friend and co-worker in the ministry. He has a beautiful family and serves faithfully the people in Bazin as their pastor. He also is our work project coordinator and goes with the team twice a week to help serve and minister to the people in the communities where we serve.

Our Beliefs

  • We affirm the Bible's flawless nature, understanding it as the divine revelation of God. It illuminates God's essence, humanity's spiritual disconnect, the pathway to salvation, and the means to establish a profound connection with God (II Tim. 3:15-16; II Peter 1:20-21).
  • We acknowledge the one true God, revealed as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit—three distinct yet co-eternal, co-powerful, and co-equal entities (I John 5:7).
  • Jesus Christ, the immaculate Son of God, was born to the Virgin Mary. His sinless life serves as a beacon for humanity (I Peter 2:21-25).
  • Salvation, a personal bond with God, is solely granted by grace, requiring nothing more and nothing less. It is attained through accepting Jesus Christ into one's life, coupled with genuine repentance and faith (Eph. 2:8-9; Titus 3:5-7).
  • We anticipate the visible, personal return of Jesus Christ (I Thes. 4:16-17).
  • Those embracing Jesus Christ will find eternal residence in heaven, while those who reject Him face everlasting separation from the Lord (Rev. 20:10-15).
